Information for Preceptors

Please take time to read and/or complete the following:

1. GTTN Preceptor Orientation - A powerpoint presentation that introduces GTTN and its mission.
2. Handbook for Garden to Table Nutrition - to reference, as needed.
3. Affiliation Agreement - needed before an intern begins a rotation with you. (Can be modified [or agreed that one is not needed] or replaced by one from your institution.)
4. Preceptor Information Form - to be filled out, if you haven't already.
